What Causes Raised Amniotic Fluid Level During Pregnancy?
Hi Doc, My 30 week USG report shows size difference in the left n right renal pelvis of my baby. Left measuring 7.4 mm n right measuring 4.1 mm. Just getting worried if it should be a concern? Also the amniotic fluid has been reported marginally more, without me being diagnosed for diabetes (AFI =16.5). Kindly guide.

Marginal increase in amniotic fluid is ok. please repeat your OGTT and HBA1C.
If your Target scan at 20 weeks was normal there is no need to worry.
fetal pelvis occasionally shows some variation. it will resolve after delivery. repeat usg after 4 weeks if any concerns.
