What Causes Radiating Pain In The Right Shoulder Area?
started with pain to right scapular area radiating to under the clavical over to the inner aspect of the right upper arm. the pain started about 1600. now the pain to the right upper quadrant to the lower right side of the back near the kidney area. i do not have my gallbladder.

hi sir/madam,pain is probably due to cervical spondylosis with nerve compression.muscle spasm also cant be ruled out.i suggest tab.ACECLOFENAC twice daily for 3 days along with bed rest.if you have any kidney issues or if you are >60yrs,please avoid the above medicine and use PARACETAMOL WITH TRAMADOL combination twice daily.if you have gastric irritation,please take tab.PANTOPRAZOLE BEFORE FOOD.take care.bye.
