Hello Welcome to HCM, thanks for posting your question.
I read and understood your question.
After going through the history that you give, mainly the pain radiating till thigh could very well be a case of Ureteric Calculus. This stone disease presents classically as you have addressed.
Pain in the abdomen,
vomiting, sometimes
fever, burning micturation and most importantly,
radiation of pain.
To penis, inner aspect of thigh, sometimes leg.
This is due to involvement of various nerves.
So after reading your query, I'm of strong suspicion that you may have ureteric stone.
But I suggest you not to worry.
Simple.
Get a renal
ultrasound scan done. This will show if there's any such kind of stone or something called hydroneprosis etc.
Later we can think of management.
Hope this helps you. Get back to me in case you need any further help. Take care.
