General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Sorry to know about the accident.
You took timely action by taking your daughter to ER.The medicines you described covers well the complications like that can be caused because of good knight liquid poisoning.
Fever after 15 hours of incident can be a sign of some respiratory complications developing. As the good knight liquid also contains some amount of kerosene, its ingestion may cause late onset pulmonary oedema or pneumonitis.
I therefore recommend -
-Tablet paracetamol for fever and immediate referral to ER/paediatrician
-Chest Xray and pulse oximetry .If required, arterial blood glasses.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks.
