General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The pus oozing sore behind ears can be part of an allergic reaction to newly worn earring or else.

Kindly provide me a photo pic of the lesion during follow up conversation so that better guidelines can be figured out.

Till that time, convey her to keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid and apply Neosporin skin ointment three times a day to get better sooner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
