What Causes Pus Filled Open Sores On Neck Causing Pain And Itching Sensation?

I got bit by something on the back of my neck a month ago it still has not healed there is a lot of puss and open sore red all around and it hurts and itches I went to my doctor she have me antibiotics and it had done nothing now is spreading I toke pictures please help

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pus formation then it need to be treated with "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day, some time antihistamine can be added to this and best option would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day and it will be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
