General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The description you have given suggestive of wound infection. Nothing much to worry. You can start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxicillin Clavulanate combination for five to seven days. Clean the area with soap and water and apply topical antibiotic ointments like Mupirocin. Generally wound will heal in four to five days.
If the this discharge persist despite these, consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
