It was already answered below for someone else - pulsating sensation in right knee only started last Saturday and intermittently since. So it sounds as if it is nothing to be concerned about - just weird. I m 66 years old and have been exercising more kately.
Hello I have studied your case. There is possibility of osteoarthritis with large osteophyte leading to pulsating sensation. Another possibility of bakers cyst around knee leading to pulsating sensation. I will advise you MRI or x ray knee . I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
