Hello,

According to me, you should definitely consult physician (primary care physician - PCP) and explain your symptoms.

You need clinical examination, blood pressure monitoring, ultrasound neck to identify the cause.

You may have any inner neck swelling or mass which is causing all these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Dear Dr, since few months I feel some pain in the left side of my head, dizziness, these symptomes are increased if I move my head right and left, with little pain in the neck. I made many examinations including blood, sugar, heart, brain and cervical spine. nothing was significant. What might be the problem?
