Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain sore throat along with yellowish and reddish mix on roof of mouth along with bluish veins seems to be due to throat infection leading to inflammation of palate along with inflamed gums seems to be due to Gingivostomatitis..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
You can be advised to take antibiotics like Azithromycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, warm saliNe gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
You can suck throat lozenges..
You can also gargle with numbing mouthwash to relieve pain..
Apply antiseptic ointment over the gums for reducing infection and inflammation..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
