What Causes Bright Blue Veins On The Chest?

21 year old male. Suddenly have bright blue veins all over left side of chest and under left arm. Recently stopped smoking. Used to drink a lot.

Have recently been doing a lot of weight training to get fit but have always played sport and exercised. I believe I have suffered from anxiety for a few years which causes panic attacks but yesterday began to feel dizzy and tight chested. That is when I first noticed blue veins?

*Prominence of blue veins over any particular area at first instance is in
relation with loss of subcutaneous fat planes , with fair skin complexion
making it more visible then previous states.
*In your case , it relates with weight training exertion , anxiety.
*Follow simple measures at times with due cautions to be better all times :
- avoid over exertion / work outs beyond body limits
- maintain your hydration all times specially before & after work outs
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances use in any form
- avoid stress / anxiety
- have sound sleep of 8 hours
- keep your BP , Blood sugar , Haemoglobin, Cholesterol , weight under
control
- regular deep breathing exercises with YOGA
- if possible jacuzzi bath with Epsom salt & Lavender oil for 20-30 min. after
work outs help tremendously
- take nutritious diet with more proteins, iron , vitamins, minerals, anti-
oxidants ,trace elements
- consult later if needed your doctor
