What Causes Prolonged Rhinitis Along With Severe Watering In Eyes?

I suffer for prolonged Rhinitis (heavy sneezing especially in mornings, severe watering of eye and nose block as well as sometimes irritation in the nose).. I take Livosiz-M whenever I have these symptoms.. pl advice a best cure for this.. thanks & regards, D B Rao

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of prolonged rhinitis along with severe watering in eyes which seems allergic rhinitis which is due to infection in sinuses. It could be due to exposure to allergens. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to allergen. Take combination of antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers as it will give immediate relief and boost your immunity. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X-ray. Start treatment after proper prescription. Take proper course of antibiotics. You should take steam inhalation on daily basis. Do gargle with saline rinses. You should avoid touching and picking nose with any sharp object.
