What Causes Prolonged Periods While On Microlut?
Just wondering my period is still going ... nearly 2 weeks, &has been quite heavy the last few days ....is it a side effect from Microlut mini pill, have only been on it for about 5months ... was on Microgonyn before ... I m 45 years old, Thanks Carmel

Hormonal pills can cause menstrual irregularities including prolonged periods. Generally it will settle by itself without any concerns. If the symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
