Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your menstrual history suggests that your menstrual cycles are prolonged and irregular.
Excessive bleeding or prolonged cycle is called polymenorrhea.
Polymenorrhea can occur due to various causes like fibroids,
endometrial hyperplasia,
hormonal imbalance etc.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment.
An
ultrasound abdomen may be required to look for evidence of fibroid or endometrial hyperplasia.
In case fibroids are detected, surgical excision of the fibroids may be required.
In case endometrial hyperplasia is detected, endometrial curreting and biopsy will be required for histopathological examination to look at the status of endometrial glands and stroma.
The management can be planned after studying the
endometrial biopsy.
Abdominal pain can be associated with menstrual cycle but other possible causes of abdominal pain need to be ruled out.
Thanks and take care
