I am 24 years old and I joined gym 2 months back. I was having irregular periods due to polycyst ovaries. After regular workout in the gym i am getting my periods regularly every month. But it prolongs for around 12 -15 days with first few days of lowest intensity and the rest with little higher intensity. but it is slower than the normal intensity. Before joining gym, i would perform some low intense physical activity for 15 days to get my periods which will prolong just for 7 days. Could you please tell me what can be the possible cause and cure?
