What Causes Profuse Sweating On The Face And Neck After Eating Sugar?

Affter eating sugar I sweat profusely on my face and neck. The episodes will continue off and on for hours. (very embarrasing) This has been going on for years. I don t know if this has anything to do with it but occasionally my face gets beet red and is very warm.
