General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to hypoglycemia. Kindly check fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels. You may require dose adjustment after consultation. Kindly avoid vigorous exercise activity. Do blood pressure monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
