What Causes Pricking Pain Over Entire Body And Tingling Knees?

Pins and needles randomly attack over entire body, rosacea, Fingers turn white and numb even when not cold, Hands and legs from knees down always tingle. Joint pain becoming more severe. I m 5 2 weigh 105 lbs, workout 3 times a week, and eat healthy. Have seen several specialists and none can find source of what causing symptoms. I m 67 years old and people think I m 55. Can you please connect the dots and lead me to the right specialist ?
