What Causes Pressure Sensation On The Left Side Of Temple?
Okay. Seem to have this pressure in my left temple and down the left side of my face. Last night it bothered me as my temple was pulsing. I had had a slightly stressful day but this left side face pressure has been annoying me for a while. Dont have a cold. I also had a sort spot in between my eyebrows which sometimes feels like a little lump. NOt sure what I should do. Don t really want to go to a doctor. I work in an office with a computer and a cordless phone which I am trying to get my bosses to put in corded phones. I use the phone on my left side so therefore my mind is connecting the two together. Are there problems occurring with others to do with cordless phones or am I reading too much into what is happening?

Hello,
Pressure sensation in the temple is due to stress or muscle strain. Migraine or tension headache may be the common cause.
Little lump between the eyebrows may be an acne or a skin cyst. Warm & cold compress gives relieve. If it gets drained apply antiseptic lotion.
Radiation from the mobile phones causes heating, the temperature of the left side may go higher if you are holding the mobile on the left side.
Mobile phone radiations have neurologic effects, they may also trigger or amplify any brain tumor already present.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP or ENT, to detect any developing pathology.
You can contact a physiotherapist & do some neck, head & facial muscle exercises to feel better.
Take acetaminophen, one sos after food for relieve. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12 or its supplements. Get Nerve conduction & imaging tests done to stay on the safer side.
