What Causes Pressure Sensation In The Head?
I feel like I can t swallow my own saliva.I burp To feel better .I also feel pressure in my head it doesn t hurt I just feel like light head hallow. last week I was driving I felt I had to gasp for air then had an anxiety attack for about 1 min. Please help.

it is psychological and youare having anxiety neurosis. try to get rid of anxiety. yoga meditation may help and consult naturopathy expert.
