Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pressure sensation in the ear may be due to Eustachian tube block or Meniere's disease or middle ear infection or glomus tumor etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use decongestants nasal spray thrice a day for five days.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
