What Causes Pressure In Nasal And Front Lobe After Taking BP Medicine?

I have been diagnosed with diabities, the doctor perscribed blood pressure medication, stating it would help maintain sidney health. My sugar levels are normal and my blood pressure is usually just at 80/60. The blood prssure medicne is making me feel like there s alot of pressure in the nasal and front lobe region. Should this be a normal reaction?
