What Causes Pressure In Ear While On Medication For Ear Infection And Sinusitis?

I have been to an urgent care extra 2 x since Jan19th for sinusitis and ear infections. I had two different prescriptions and have finished both. Unfortunately I still have a problem with one of my ears. I do not have pain but I have the full/pressure feeling and can not hear. Please advise if I should go back to the clinic, I am here for the winter from Canada. Thank you in advance.

If there is no congestion or post nasal drip there will not be any problem in the ear due to sinusitis. .
There could be wax in the ear or an ear infection..
do consult the ENT surgeon for evaluation. ..
