I have had a slight, no-pain pressure in my left middle abdomen the past three days and I've been mostly constipated. Yesterday I ate pizza and drank some hawaiian punch and today I saw some bright red in my stool. not much but was wondering if my diet could have been it

dear may be your suffering from hemorrhoids or fissure. most common in constipation patients.fast food may cause constipation. all are interlinked. so avoid spicy food and alcohol.use surp lactulose at night.eat High Fiber diet.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.i think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
