What Causes Pressure And Ringing In The Ear?

Hi, I have a ear problem. Ive try Neomycin and Polymyxin B sulfates and Hydrocortisone otic solution USP - benedryl/allerga D, to treat for allergies and an ear infection. These medicine have not worked. My symptoms are Ear pressure, Drainage, ringing in the ear, and ear pain. Please help me find what this is if its not an ear infection.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to an ear infection.
I see through the query that you have used topical treatments.
So,I would add an oral cycle of antibiotics.
I also recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation and pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
