What Causes Presence Of Blood In Urine With Abdominal Swelling?

I have an excessive amount of blood in my urine and my stool is very dark. I ve been swelling around my stomach and while dehydrated I ve not been peeing that much. Additionally my belly button has been bleeding a little bit and is tender around that part of the stomach.

Multiple symptoms shown there in your case. I can well understand your concerns.

PROBABLE CAUSES FOR THESE SYMPTOMS:-
Urinary tract infection, Bladder infestation by organisms like Schistosoma hematobium causes bleeding in urine.

Swelling & discomfort in stomach area, plus dark stools suggest of gastrointestinal bleed, that may be due to some bleeding ulcer or due to blood disorder causing internal bleed.

Umbilical bleed (belly button area issues) may be due to local skin infection, blood disorder or sometimes it happens in umbilical hernia.

FINAL SUGGESTION:-
Consult a Gastroentrologist for proper evaluation and treatment accordingly. He is the personnel trained to treat such patients successfully.

MEDICATION ADVICE:-
If I was your treating physician and it was Urinary tract infection confirmed, I would have prescribed you Nitrofurantoin antibiotic if not allergic to. And for gastric bleed I would have advised you a Gastroscopy plus a Colonoscopy according to your age, gender, race and other factors.
