What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms?
I am just wondering I am about five six weeks pregnant and my first doc appt isn't until Thursday.. I have had no bleeding or cramps or anything and I feel pregnant and I am gaining weight and getting symptoms but I can't stop worring if everything is okay.. How do I know?
