What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms Though Sac Was Not Detected In Ultrasound?

I tested positive to a blood pregnacy test last week tuesday and two days after i started bleeding, done an ultrasound a day after, sac was not detected and bood test againwhich came out weakly positive, redid ultrasound second day through the vagina second day but the doctor did not see any sign of pregnancy anywhere.The bleeding stopped after 5 days but i am still feeling as if i am pregnant. what should i do?

Your history is suggestive of miscarriage. The first trimester early miscarriages are quite common and does not mean occurrence in the future. There is nothing to be worried about.
