What Causes Popping Up Of The Joints?

I am not in any pain but my joints pop all the time. Whenever I move everything pops. It s pretty loud and annoying and I feel self conscious about moving sometimes. I also can make some of my joints pop all the time. As I am typing this my joints are popping. Do you have any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Get a total leucocyte count (TLC). Differential leucocyte count (DLC). Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). C-reactive protein (CRP) test. Rheumatoid factor (RF) and x-ray of hand joints done. If all negative, then ignore it. Usually, joint cracking sounds have no relation to joint disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
