What Causes Popping Sounds From The Leg Post Meniscus Surgery?

I had ACL and meniscus surgery around 5 months ago. Tonight I was laying back in my couch and I went to sit with my surgery leg crossed over my non surgery leg and I felt a pop. I tried agai and it get like a shift in my knee cap possibly. Is this normal? Is this somethin I should be worried about?

Thanks for posting on HCM
5 months may be enough time for recovery after a surgery but complete healing may not be guaranteed as any stress or strain at site of surgery may cause serious problems including recurrence.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.If no further damage, you will need mild threatening exercises or physiotherapy to completely bring your knee to normal.
