What Causes Poor Vision Along With Weakness In The Left Hand?

today I was having Vision problems and tingling an weakness in my left hand along with my tongue tingling. right after these symptoms I had to have a bowel movement. this has happened a few times before in the last few months. once I got, most all the symptoms have gone completely. I had a menningioma removed in Dec. rt frontal lobe. is this related?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have positive history of meningioma and this time you are complaining periodic tingling and visual disturbance

So neurological cause has to be ruled out first here

Your reflex examination and neurological examination has to be done and esp for various cranial nerves examination

If needed to rule out organic causes CT scan like investigation needed

According to cause further specific treatment given

If no specific organic cause found than vitamin b 12 and calcium level checked

Take care

Consult neurophysician for examination and further work up
