Hi, I am 20 years old and about 70 kilograms, and I am 1.80 meters tall. I am pretty healthy. Recently I've had a very annoying problem, about a month ago I did some exercises with my penis where what I basicly did was to push blood from the bottom to the top of the penis doing it by putting my index and thumb in a circle position and "sqeezing" my penis, I did that for about 3 days and then I noticed first that I couldn't get a good erection, then a few weeks later I could get a hard erection but with a lot of effort, I had to stimulate my penis a lot to get a normal erection, and I don't get spontaneus erections as well, I also noticed that some of the veins of my penis have turned into a purple color and they're bigger and also I've noticed varices-like veins in my penis. Ive read things about this and people say that this happened because I damaged a nerve in my penis. I am really worried about this and all I want to know is if I will get better with time ( will I get the same amount and quality of erections as I did before?).please. please answer, at least I wont have this uncertainty.
