I notice that I have problems focusing and keeping my attention on one thing. I can t organize my time and tasks, and I feel super overwhelmed all the time to the point where my right temple starts to tighten. There are times when I feel dizzy, especially after eating or when I get up and walk, and also I feel like everyday there s a different me that I present to people.
Hello dear, welcome to"Ask a doctor" service. I read your query and here is my advice. It looks like you are often restless and have trouble concentrating, and I can suspect ADHD but these symptoms may be also common in other conditions. Poor concentration is a classic sign of depression. Restlessness or anxiety could indicate an overactive thyroid or anxiety disorder. Your health care provider will investigate whether these conditions could be causing your symptoms instead of ,or in addition to ADHD. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
