What Causes Plugged Sensation, Pain And Blood In Ear?

I have had a plugged sensation in my right ear for about a month- it goes away periodically but then comes back. I was cleaning my ear with a q tip and turning my head to see if gravity would help get the fluid out. I got a sharp spin and there was blood on the q tip when I took it out ( the whole tip red blood not streaked or smeared). I also noticed small white or red sand like things on the q tip- wondering your thoughts

Hi.

Read and understood the problems you had.
The probable cause of the pain, bleeding and spinning is the trauma you caused to your tympanic membrane (ear drum) by the qtip.
The white red sand like things are just the exfoliated normal dead skin present in the ear canal.
I would advise you the following :
The first rule is not to instill anything in the ear unless your ENT has advised so.
Consult an ENT Surgeon to have Endoscopy and get the right diagnosis and proper treatment.
Do not do anything at home.
