Hello, Earlier today i felt pins and needles in my right leg and suddenly it just gave way on me as i was stood talking to somebody. I have not experienced this before and it took a moment before i could stand again. I am a 29 yr old male who is not overweight

Such type of sensations are due to nerve compression of your leg. If this does happened for a movement then you should not worry. But if these occurrence are frequent and if there any remaining disability then you should consult to your doctor.
