As this is due to nerve entrapment anywhere in its course or the root.
I will advise doing exercise which helps to stabilize the spine and strengthen the muscles of the spine as well.
Exercises like - static neck exercises, shoulder stabilization exercises, core stability, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static hamstring, static Quadriceps, straight leg raise and some resistance band training will help further to improve the joint stability and also improve the muscle strength.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
