General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of pin needle burning sensations itching at the back of the head both hands and lower legs with previous nerve injury I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a lower motor neuron lesion possibly due to Spinal cord injury
In view of this please see a neurologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
Meanwhile you will need adequate physiotherapy and take some multivitamins pending your appointment
I hope this helps Regards
