What Causes Pinkish Raised Bumps Behind The Knees?

My 6yr old daughter has developed clear pinkish raised bumps behind her knees. The right leg is more grouped than the left. There is no redness, inflammation or itching. They are circular and raised. They take on a wart like appearance. NO head or puss filled pimple. Other than seeing them...u wldnt know they were there. They started months ago small and few, but seem to be growing.
