What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting?

I had one week where I spotted first thing in the morning it was brownish or bright pink but never enough that I had to use any pads or tampons. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came up negative. Could I still be pregnant or do I need to seek medical attention for something else?

Hi

Days of missed period should be known.Urine pregnancy test can detect pregnancy 10 days after missing period.Blood Hcg levels can also be done to confirm pregnancy.
