What Causes Pink Colour Spotting And Irregular Menstruation?

For the past 2 days whenever I go pee I and wipe myself I get really light pink blood only on the toilet paper. It s not painful. It is not my period. I have always been irregular though. I have also had urinary tract infections in the past, but it is not painful this time. I m not sure if it may be that but it s not painful this time.

Following are the causes of irregular periods :
1. Hormonal imbalance
2. Depression
3. Excessive weight gain and weight loss
4. PCOS
5. Endometriosis
6. Thyroid problem
7. Pelvic inflammatory disease.
8. Diabetes
9. Excessive smoking
10. Precancerous conditin of cervic
11. Atrophic vaginitis

Consult the gynecologist
Go the following test
1. Pelvic examination
2. USG
3. Hormone profile: LH,FSH, Estrogen, Progesterone, thyroid profile, prolactin
Take following advice:
1.Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine
2. Healthy lifestyle
3 Stretching and regular exercise routines will reduce cramping and menstrual pain.
4. Yoga can be extremely helpful to reduce both the physical and mental symptoms
5. Massage can also help both physical and emotional symptoms. also relieve depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
6. Hot baths help with cramping, back pain and relaxation.
7. Sleep of atleast 8 hours
8. Maintain hygiene in pelvic area,wear loose pure cotton underwear.
