Hi,
Welcome to Health care magic .com.
I understand your concern.
The pinching sensaton yo have seems to be due to knowing/ unknowing hit/
blunt injury to the site., which injured few
nerve fibers under the skin of the area. Injured nerve endings take long to heal / nerve pinching at pelvis / some
vertebral or disc problem in lumber spine. When you stand on your knee, the point of hit gets pressed to irritate the injured nerve endings.. which cause the symptoms .Such pressure causes pinching in certain position( on knee ) to stimulate nerves supplying shin area.. That's why the pain.
The pressure caused by kneeling position differs .. to day it must be longer/ with more pressure . That' why the persistence of pinch.
You should take rest/ use hot/
cold compresses, pain medicine over the counter,
vitamin B12 tablets..
Once the pain is gone, I would advise to consult an orthopedic doctor for pin pointing the site of basic problem ( by physical examination & needful investigations like
CT scan ,
MRI.& get a cause specific treatment.
Thanks.
