What Causes Pimples On Face After Using Cosmelite Cream?
i have been using cosmelite for quite some time now………it improves the complexion of the face…but it definitely gives me pimples .…and then removes the spot on further usage……whenever i go out i apply a sunscreen ……i use it Twice a week ……and i'm just 18 ………should i continue using it slowly or stop it……i take good care of my skin too

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face after using Cosmelite cream which could be due to allergic reaction to any ingredient. Cream cosmelite contain Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone which should not be use with the prescription of dermatologist because these ingredients have long term side effect . I would suggest you to wash your skin with mild soap twice a day and then apply cream containing kojic acid ( kojivit cream ) twice a day which is safe and very effective . Exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin and apply aloe vera gel at night . If condition doesn't get improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe skin ointment or recommend chemical peeling and laser therapy .
