What Causes Pimple Surrounded By Red Circles On Hand?

I m 58 years old and noticed something on my hand I ve never seen. I have two very red circles next to each other about the size of a pea. The center is white pussy like a pimple. They are basically flat, other than where the puss is in center. The red outline is very red. So weird looking. Does not itch or hurt.

Hi,

Pustules are inflamed pimple but they can grow quite big. They are small bumps that resemble a white head with a red ring around the lump. They usually contain yellow or white pus. Pustules may develop from hormonal imbalance as a form of acne. Pustules may result from inflammation of skin due to allergic reaction, allergens, insects bites. Acne develop when pores of skin become clogged with oil and dead skin cells which are most common cause of pustules. Oral antibiotics like Doxycycline and Isotretinoin cream may be used as treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
