What Causes Pimple Discharging White Pus On The Bottom Eyelid?
I have developed a place on my bottom eyelid rim that looks like a pimple with white pus but when I put pressure around the spot it looks like a blackhead help! What is this! It s not sore just swollen like a pimple would be but its on my eyelid n im afraid to squeeze anything out of it!

You are suffering from discomfort due to pimple discharging white pus on the bottom eyelid. It appears that you are having stye on the bottom of the eyelid. It occur when bacteria get into the oil glands in the eyelids. You should wash your hands thoroughly with medicated soap before touching your eyes. Prescription medicines for stye are a course of oral antibiotics, commonly erythromycin or amoxycillin for 7 (seven) days.
Eyedrops like Ciplox eye drop or Genticyn eye drop can be given to be put 2-3 drops twice daily. Pus or white discharge coming out can be cleaned by using a clean washcloth dipped in warm water and gently placing it over the affected eye for 5-15 minutes. This can be repeated several times a day for relief. Warm compress is helpful. Avoid scratching or touching the eyes.

Give warm compress with clean hands twice daily. Do not use make up. It should start reducing within 42-72 hours. However, some styes take a longer time to clear up (7-10 days).
If it takes long to go, you can consult an Eye specialist, you may need artificial tears, to keep eyes moist and comfortable. You may need anti inflammatory drops or antibiotics or get it drained.
