What Causes Persistent Throat Irritation And Difficulty To Swallow?
im having difficulty swallow, it feels as if im wearing a tie thats to tight when i look up. its been constantly irritating for three weeks now. this feeling used to go away after a day or two. im uninsured and worried about not being able to afford an ent exam. should i just go to the er?

As per your query you have symptoms of persistent throat irritation and difficulty to swallow which is because of infection travel down the respiratory track and affected whole area an leads to granular pharyngitis and sinusitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to again consult your ENT specialist for proper examination. He/she may prescribe further antibiotic course and stronger antibiotics. Take combination of penicillin along with Levocetirizine. You should put xylomist nasal drops to prevent congestion. You should take chicken soup along with along with lemon tea. Take diet rich in vitamin C. Take decongestant nasal sprays containing mucinex for instant relief.
