What Causes Persistent Sore Throat Along With Fatigue And Dripping Nose?

3 weeks ago, symptoms like itchy throat manifested, but I was still able to function (run errands) and expected to get better soon. But as soon as I thought things had improved (itchy throat dry coughing only occurred at night) (alleviated by Hall s cough drops) my low energy level indicated I had t quite conquered it. But yesterday I had a sore throat. I drank a lot of tea with honey and ginger tea, am sleeping a lot (most of today), body temp = low, drippy nose. I m taking Zinc. Have not left the house (no energy). Sore throat persists.
