What Causes Persistent Shoulder Pain And Spinal Stenosis?

having significant shoulder pain, bilateral. burning and sharp. tRAVELS DOWN INTO BICEPS. feels like deep ache into the muscle. Now experiencing significant weakness, esp in rt. arm. Can t raise arm to pour anything, rotating arm, example to shake a salt shaker , arm feels so heavy and drops down. Have all over body aches and fees like flu symptoms. Have been diagnosed with Fibro., PMR, arthiritis, have spinal stenosis (2 surgeries) now neuropathy both legs from calfs down. This arm pain, weak and heavy feelimgs are new

Hi,

The shoulder pain and weakness are in keeping with your current diagnosis and unfortunately may indicate that there is neuropathy occurring in these areas as well.
If you have not had any imaging of the cervical spine and thoracic spine, this may need to be done. The medication that you currently use for neuropathy, should also help these symptoms as well.
