What Causes Persistent Pain In Neck, Arm And Back?

Krebs: regarding neck, arm, back pain Since March 2015 I have had neck and arm pain on my right side. Plus my back has been progressively getting worse over time. In the last week I have spent time in bed trying to rest my back.I wake up with aches. Almost every day when I wake up it is hard for me to get out of bed and to walk straight. Even getting out of a chair or standing up takes effort. Just rolling around in my bed hurts. Too many parts of my body hurts or feels like someone hit me. I have tried heat, massage, Tylenol, and special pillows for my neck. It is hard for me to sleep or stay asleep. These problems are starting to effect my social life and my routine at my gym.The pain shifted to the left side of my neck. It hurts to touch my neck or move it. Having a hard time turning my neck. I am in a lot of pain. I want to get better.
