What Causes Persistent Nausea, Stomach Pain And Cold Feeling In Mouth When Breathing?

Ive had low level persistent nausea , stomach pain right below my sternum , a menthol feeling when i breath in , fatigue and the senation to clear my throat for the last two month. Also Sometimes i get really bad sulphar burps and stomache cramps. I suspect i have an ulcer but my question is would that account for my fatigue and lung issues as well ?

An ulcer would cause pain, which would be severe, and possibly nausea as well. It would be best to have imaging or endoscopy to determine if an ulcer is present, if identified, it can be treated.

An chronic illness, if not treated or if it is severe, can cause fatigue.

An ulcer would not cause the sensation to clear your throat, this is likely caused by a post nasal drip. Some persons are not aware that the drip is present. Using a topical steroid nasal spray and antihistamine would help.
Eg of topical steroid nasal sprays are nasonex, nasocort, flonase, rhinocort.
