Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain it seems to be a Mucocele which is formed due to either clogged duct of the minor salivary gland or due to ruptured duct of the gland leading to formation of a small lump..
In this case if the lump is persisting and does not resolve then surgical removal has to be done..

In case if it is not a mucocele other common causes can be a traumatic fibroma or a hypertrophied sebaceous gland known as Fordyce's spots..

Nothing to worry, consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and the treatment will be decided depending upon the confirmed diagnosis..
Although in all the conditions removal is the only option that can be done either surgically or using a Laser..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain you might have following problems
1. Ulcer or cancer sore
2. Traumatic ulcer due to hard brushing
3. It might be result of viral infection such as herpes
4. Rarely it might be a cancer (squamous cell carcinoma).

Symptoms of mouth cancer can include:
1.A persistent visible mass or lump that may not be painful.
2.An ulcer that won’t heal.
3.Bleeding from the mass or ulcer.
4.Loss of sensation anywhere in the mouth
As you have some of these features, you should immediately visit a oral physician

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
